WARRANTY POLICY

WHAT IS GUIFIN’S WARRANTY POLICY?

At Guifin (A Trinay Gearup India Pvt. Ltd Brand) (“Guifin”, “we”, “us”, “our”), we stand behind the quality of our products. We offer a 6-Month Limited Warranty from the date of original purchase against manufacturing defects. Warranty timelines for specific product categories may vary and will be mentioned on the respective product page under the “Warranty” tab.

Warranty Duration: 6 (six) months from the date of invoice / delivery.

WHAT IS COVERED UNDER WARRANTY?

This warranty covers any and all manufacturing defects in production pertaining to materials or workmanship. Such defects include, but are not limited to:

  • Issues related to bonding, assembly, or structural integrity
  • Defective materials or components (e.g., electronic parts, fabric, plastic, metal)
  • Workmanship errors that affect normal functionality

This guarantee applies only when the product is used under normal conditions and for the purpose for which the product was designed, as described in the user manual or product listing.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY?

Guifin warranties do not cover damage or issues arising from:

  • Misuse, neglect, abuse, accidents, or improper handling
  • Abrasion, exposure to solvents, cleaning liquids, extreme temperatures, or humidity
  • Damage during transport after delivery (shipping damage claims must be raised within 48 hours of receipt)
  • Any modification, repair, or opening of the product by unauthorised persons
  • Normal wear and tear, including fading of colours, scratching of surfaces, or degradation of materials over time
  • Loss, theft, or any indirect / consequential loss arising from use or inability to use the product

We will not honour fake or fraudulent warranty claims. Guifin reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any claim that appears fraudulent (including intentional damage, duplicate claims, or counterfeit products).

HOW TO FILE A WARRANTY CLAIM?

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please follow the process below:

  1. Send an email to our Warranty Support team at: social.guifin@gmail.com with the subject line: “Warranty Claim – [Your Order ID]”
  2. Include the following details in your email:
    • Order number / Invoice copy
    • Clear photographs or a short video showing the defect
    • Your full name, shipping address, and contact number
  3. Our team will review your claim and respond within 5–7 business days. If approved, we will provide a resolution – which may include repair, replacement, or store credit (at our discretion).

Note: You may be required to return the defective product to our registered office at your own cost. If the claim is valid, we will reimburse reasonable shipping charges or provide a prepaid label.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PARTNERS

Currently, Guifin does not engage any third-party service partners for warranty fulfillment. All warranty claims are processed directly by Guifin (A Trinay Gearup India Pvt. Ltd Brand). If we appoint authorised service centres in the future, the details will be updated on this page.
